How pregnant do you think I am??

Question

Okay so I had a period on Oct 2nd. My SO lives out of state so I saw him and we had sex the weekend of Oct. 13-15th
I was expected to have my period on the 29th, I took a pregnancy test and it was negative, I got my period the next day on the 30th. It was super spotty and short. Which never happens, my body is usually pretty regulated
Curious about this

I saw my babe again Nov 9-11th I started having symptoms of fatigue and sore boobs and nausea the week of Nov 27th.
I took 5 tests they all came back positive!!

So I saw my dr the 6th of Dec, got a blood test & my results came back that I am 6-8 weeks pregnant

Sooo I’m trying to figure out how preggo I am before I go into the OB because the blood test doesn’t reflect from the first day of my last period(s)
If I got pregnant in October I would have been 9 weeks (first day of last period would be Oct 2nd) when I got those results back. 
But I got pregnant in Nov then I would have only been 5 weeks (first day of last period would be Oct 30th) when I got the results back

I am leaning and hoping that I am farther along because this week I have been having constant nausea and vomiting. My stomach has grown and it’s getting a little bit hard. 
So what do you all think!?!? Any guesses!?

Don’t know about blood tests, but the digital pregnancy tests that date how far along you are, are off by two weeks. They basically go from ovulation so you add two weeks to get back to the date of your last period and that tells you how far along you are in your pregnancy. If blood tests are the same (since they both go by hcg levels) you would add two weeks to get your pregnancy timeline

You need a dating scan to be sure. Early in pregnancy all babies are about the same size. HCG levels are fairly random so not really all that accurate other than telling you if you are pregnant or not. Symptoms are also not an accurate way to measure pregnancy. You just need to get a scan and get the crown to rump measurement otherwise its anyone's guess.

Only a blood tell will tell you how far youare or an ultrasound people playing the guessing game isnt doing anything 
Just go to a real dr and get real tests done

if you go by the oct.2 you would be 10 weeks but by the 30th you would be 6 weeks. most likely you are closer to 10 weeks
