Awkward white discharge during sex

So my boyfriend and I were doing foreplay and he said to me “wanna know how wet you are baby?” And he showed me his can and it was not covered but had a lot of white discharge, is it normal, wtf is it and it’s so awkward like I love being eaten out but I don’t want to be knowing that my body does that.
