Help! Advice? What could this be!

For 9 months now my boyfriend and I have been trying to conceive, last month I had a late period and the first day was excruciating pain, heavy bleeding and nausea. I normally have light easy periods, this month (7 days  till my period) I have had cramps as early as 3 weeks before my period, extremely sentive and swollen breasts, and also I've had a small but noticeable crap that feels like it's somewhere in the middle of my where I normally have cramps.
