I have been that or a bit lower for a few months. At 5'5" it is too heavy for me. Right now I am on a pescatarian food plan. It seems to be helping things. So not feel bad about your size, just change things up a bit. Shoot for 1100 -1200 calories a day. I do, but sometimes I go over and mess up the good effects of my food plan. Still, I do not get too stressed. I was once 292 lbs. I got down to 182 in 2011, but gained when I went off my food plan.

weight really JUST is a number. 
one can be "overweight" according to various charts, but is totally muscular. so numbers really shouldn't matter 
I know, it's easier said than done but that's something you should keep in mind :)
