Cramping question

I'm currently 16 DPO with vvfl on every pregnancy test. AF ~hopefully not~ coming today or tomorrow, but I'm having some cramping similar to AF, anyone else had this and it turned out to be pregnancy? 🤞🤞 My breasts have also been very enlarged and tender for 5 days now
