Vfl last night, this this morning. What does vfl normally mean?

This morning. Last night there was.a FOR SURE faint line. Do faint lines normally just mean low hormone levels?

These tests suck with evap lines and false positives. Mine looked exactly like that and when I went to doctors it was negative. I’d retest with a first response
