It depends on the person. Some people will break out like crazy and others don't. If you want to use it try a small area for a week or so and see how your skin reacts.
I have very acne prone skin and my skin didn't like it when i used it. I've been using jojoba oil for some time now and it works wonders as a moisturizer - just smells slightly fishy but I feel it's worth it!

some people’s skin does really well with it. other people’s skin breaks out terribly. i thought about using it to remove my makeup and cleanse my face, but after researching it and seeing that it worked great with most people for a while then gave them horrible acne down the road, i decided i didn’t want to risk it. that’s just me though 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes coconut oil does clog pores. If you're looking for a natural oil to put on your face I would recommend argan oil.
