Hot bath?!

Is it ok to soak in the bath?  I was told hot tubs are a no, I had a like warm bath today and it sucked haha, is it ok to have it a bit hotter?  First pregnancy at 4 weeks.  Lots of cramping and bloating, sore boobs, a hot bath would be lush!!

My doctor told me as long as when u get out .. Ur skin is not red like a robster.. then your okay

I would go with the safe side and say no yet. Especially so early in the pregnancy. If I ever have to think about whether it's safe... I just don't do it, to be safe.

I am 8w2d and my doctor still hasn't cleared me to take baths of any sort. We had fertility issues so I have had that rule from the beginning. My advice, check with your doctor first.

I have had a few not super hot, but nice enough to want to stay in. Make sure you bring a glass or bottle of water with you to stay hydrated!
