CM and OPKs

Is it normal/possible to have different kinds of CM in a day? How am I supposed to keep track of it if it varies? This is my first cycle using Glow and I didn’t ovulate during my fertile week according to the app.

Also, could I use an OPK in the morning and get a neg but then test later same day and get a positive?
