Acne at 4 dpo
I'm 4dpo today and woke up this morning and from my lips down got about 4 spots appeared. They are very red and sore. I don't usually get spots. I might get one during af but that's usually it. could it be a sign? I've also quit smoking for 2 months now so not sure if it could be that.
