WEIGHT LOSS?

I’ve been trying to lose weight for a long time and it’s not working. I cant Exercise as much as I’d like because I have school for 9 hours a day and then work till 11pm. I’ve tried dieting but that doesn’t really work. For the past month I’ve been not eating very much. ( no breakfast, lunch, or snacks.) only dinner and even that isn’t working. I cut out a lot of water too. For the boys wrestling team I hear that they’re fasting and they’re easily dropping 10-20 pounds in less than a week and idk what I’m doing wrong. Pleas help.
