Nonstop throwing up

I haven’t been able to keep anything down today. I called one of my doctors and they told me to check my blood pressure which is pretty normal. I have a headache, they told me to take Tylenol and if it persists call the on call doctor. I feel like my doctors is giving me the run around. I feel sick as hell minus diarrhea, and they just pretty much Told me to sleep it off. I usually have high blood pressure so I know some of these symptoms aren’t good this late in pregnancy. I saw the doctor today but not my regular one. My doctor will be on call at the hospital tonight. Should I call him and see what he thinks?
