Spotting during first trimester

Hi ladies I’m 4w 2d pregnant. I’ve had slight brown spotting in the last couple days and this morning after I Peed, when I wiped there was pinkish red blood on the toilet paper. Second time after I peed it was back to brown spotting. Has anyone else had this and their pregnancy turned out perfectly normal? I miscarried in August so I’m a bit concerned. Going back to doctors this afternoon
