What's the right amount of exercise
Hey, all my fit pregnant ladies !
I just found out I was pregnant this past Sunday. I'm about 3 weeks along. This whole time I've been keeping up w my regular work out routine. This consist of a 5-7 k (3.50 miles) run on the treadmill. Weight lifting 3-4 times a week with my cardio.
I just found out today that I can only do brisk walking. Do some light weights.
I'm in very good shape. I have an athlete build.
This was very hard for me to hear this today. Along w cutting down on my running they told me no flag football or touch rugby. i've been crying a lot.
Can anyone tell me what my options are for working out ?
