This gross white, cloud just fell out of my vagina. It's huge, and smells like sour mac-n-cheese. Should I be concerned or, is it normal and I only just noticed it? 😧

If it didn't smell I would say you're ovulating. But seems how it has an odor I would get checked for STD'S and vaginal infections.

most likely just a bacterial infection. The body naturally creates extra thick mucus when infection is present. think colds and flu symptoms. usually a lot of mucus involved with those infections. same thing for me kitty. it can come from anything. and they can be cleared up pretty quickly. just see your doctor and they can prescribe a zpak or something. clears up in a week or faster. wear loose undies, and change liners frequently if worn.
