My roommates have a real christmas tree, they just brought it in today and I spent like 15 minutes around it and already have a major headache. I have a nose spray thats safe for pregnancy (38+3 today) but I'm just wondering if anyone has anything else that works? I dont want to over do it with the nose spray (its perscription) and I dont want to drug myself up either. Natural remedies are preferred, but where I live, things like essential oils and coconut water/milk/oil is expensive so anything that doesnt involve those would be best.
