When do most people miscarry?

I just found out I’m pregnant and I know the chances of miscarriage are highest in the first 12 weeks but it seems to me most people who post about this unfortunate event it happens more within the 9 week range? Or am I wrong? It just seems like most people who make it to 10 weeks also make it to 12.
