Help me surprise my Boyfriend for his birthday!

So I am currently not working because I do nails for a living and the smell of acrylic was just too much for me and sitting for long periods was too much on my back and I was just too sick!(currently 5 months pregnant) I don't really have much money but my boyfriends birthday is coming up and I wanna do something special maybe something I can do myself here at home nothing crazy! Lol Please leave some ideas on what I should/could do!😊
