Ovarian cyst, miscarriage, or normal?

I'm a little over 6 weeks pregnant, and two days ago I started having more intense cramps and lower back pain. I still have no bleeding, and normal discharge that I have been having all along. The cramps are a little different-kind of like a burning sensation- and similar to when I had ovarian cysts in high school. Could it possibly be ovarian cysts or something different besides a miscarriage? I had a miscarriage in February at 12 weeks, so I have been very anxious and paranoid this pregnancy. Thoughts?

Thanks ladies- I'm going to (hopefully) have an ultrasound tomorrow to check things out. The cramping is still strong, but it is better when I'm up moving around and still no bleeding.

I was told the having cysts early in pregnancy is normal they may see them on your first ultrasound. As for the pain I would contact your Doctor about that.

It could be a uti if you are having a burning feeling. The back ache seems normal for pregnancy. I'm 8 weeks 4 days and I have backaches off and on.
