Ughhhhh. So much trouble!

I’ve always had sleep issues. Ever since I was young. Earlier this year, like January or February I went a few weeks with only sleeping 2-4 hours a night. Now you have to realize that I’m the person that sleeps 10+ hours at a time, I have a strict schedule. When I’m tired I get grumpy and irritated. Last weekend my church had their live nativity, I had two late nights in a row and didn’t get to bed till after midnight. That has now started a week long trouble of restless, light, terrible sleep. I’ve also started getting sick🤦🏼‍♀️. I’ve been doing lavender oils, lots of vitamins, and melatonin for sleep, and cough medicine for the cold. Does anyone have suggestions on how to get a better nights rest? I will honestly try anything. I’m pretty desperate. I’m also away from home right now so that makes things worse. Also I want to apologize for this being kinda all over the place. Please let me know your tips and suggestions!
