Have you guys tried magnesium citrate? If so tell me your experience

Oh my god. Yes. 
Okay so my fiancé had hernia surgery and couldn’t go to the bathroom for TWO WEEKS. He couldn’t. And he eats a lot. So he got too uncomfortable so he called the pharmacist and they told him to drink 1/2 of a bottle. If he hadn’t gone in 2 hours, drink 1/4. Wait a day. If he hadn’t gone in 24 hours drink the rest. If he hadn’t gone after that, call them. THIS MOTHER EFFER DRANK 2 1/2 BOTTLES IN ONE HOUR 😭😂 
He doesn’t feel ANYTHING. So we go out to eat with my family. We go out and eat MEXICAN. So he eats like a damn horse and they’re like “let’s go to the outlet mall.” So we are like “okay well meet you guys there.”
We start heading on to the interstate and there’s a small strip mall next to the Mexican restaurant and he stops in the parking lot and he looks at me and he goes “I’m gonna shit my pants.” And I’m like “there’s a bathroom in the building just run in.” He just had surgery so he couldn’t move fast but he was about to shit himself and he was having an anxiety attack since he was about to shit himself😂 
So he gets out of the truck and starts limping very quickly and gets halfway there and turns around. He’s like “I can’t make it.” And I’m like “what the fuck” and he points to his hard hat in the floor and he goes 
“I’m going to shit in this hard hat” and then he points to some socks and says “I’m gonna wipe with those socks.”
He looks at me and goes “Get out of the truck.”
And so I get out. And I stand the other way and wait. Then I hear his door open and close and he’s FLYING into the store 😂 
He said he BLEW that place up. 
He shit nonstop for 2 days. So listen to the instructions they give you unless you want to be glued to the toilet and almost shit in a hard hat😂😂😂

Ok y’all, what is this stuff?? I poop maybe 3 times a month... like that’s a regular thing for me.... ever since I can remember... pills don’t work and neither does lots and lots of forbear dieting...... WHERE CAN I GET THIS

It usually takes about 12 to 18 hours to work in my experience. I drink most of the bottle. Stay extremely hydrated the day before and the day after. It literally floods your intestines with the water in your body. You can become extremely dehydrated if you don't drink properly before using it. Works awesome and doesn't make your tummy hurt like a lot of other options do. Also...its so sour :( I always have a chaser to drink afterwards...warm water.

It tastes like a weird gross soda and begins to work within like 30ish mins depending on how much you take. I felt fine the first day to an extent but the second day, I was really nauseous, dehydrated and very much not in the mood to take more but I had to. So in short, it gets the job done and the second day you'll probably feel like crap until you can eat and drink again depending on what you have to take it for.
