I need advice😩

So my bf thinks he’s a loser, lazy and a failure, and I’m not really great with words, like cheering someone up or even to give advice, idk what to do, because I feel so useless not showing my support verbally, & I can’t really see or talk to him at the moment, only thru text because of the long distance thing.. but I was hoping anyone could offer some advice, I would really appreciate it thank you!❤️😭
