Freaking out...
So, I'm 12w4d, baby #4. Pregnancy began with twins, lost one due to "vanishing twin syndrome". I can't seem to find baby's heartbeat with home Doppler. At my 9 week scan, all was well with a 179 heart rate. Worry?? Don't worry?? Normal to not be able to find it at this stage? Help!?
