I have had the worst acne while being pregnant. My neck and chin are the worse. Finding out gender next week and hoping its true what they say.

I had a bad outbreak first trimester for a couple weeks and had a boy. The testosterone increase in the body usually makes skin worse. That’s why birth control pill - female hormones - can clear skin in those with acne. So honestly I think it’s more a boy thing lol. With pregnancy though anything goes. It coukd just be sucking the vitamins out! Plenty of zinc and vitamin c and iron :)
