Need some help

So I think I may be constipated, I say I think because I've been so busy that I haven't kept track like I normally do. I usually make a note of it in my calendar so that I know, so I need some help. What can I do to get myself back on track? I am 13 weeks pregnant tomorrow, and don't have my first doctors appointment until Wednesday. Would like to try and get myself on track before my appointment, but if not I'm going to talk to my doctor about it. Any advice or input would be very helpful, please no rude comments. This is my second pregnancy, just so that it's out there. Thank you so much
