So I have been to my doctors to do a pregnancy test and check blood pressure and then yesterday I got my first ultrasound, neither doctors were helpful in terms of explaining what to do next. I am 10 weeks today and when I got my ultrasound done the lady said to just continue checking in with my doctor, am I supposed to make another appointment? I went to the doctors not even a week ago. I'm so clueless, what do I do and when do I do it? I thought I would has been given dates for future appointments or just some idea of what to do next but I genuinely was given nothing.
