Hello I'm a mommy of 3 my first daughter baas born sleeping and I have be diagnosed with graves disease. I have always wanted a big family but I had sex durning my peek ovulation days (dec 2-3) and I have been cramping like crazy and I've spotted a bit. Cramps are so bad it wakes me up. every test ive taken has came back negative (last test taken 3 days ago). Any advice??
