Hi everyone, could really use some advice. I've been TTC for months now and this is my first month where I used ovulation sticks to track ovulation. I got a positive result on Monday the 4th and Tuesday the 5th of December. My husband and I baby danced on the Sunday prior to that through to Thursday the 7th of December. We have not baby danced since Thursday as if the ovulation tests are right, I should have ovulated on the Monday or Tuesday of last week. My question is should we continue baby dancing now that we are out of the fertile period? if we don't will it decrease our chances of conceiving? I already have cramps and a bit of a backache. I'm scared these are signs of early AF. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
