i need help for my baby

Hey girls. im posting a pic from my baby face and I need your help telling me what to do about this. its been like this for more than 3 wewks.. I didn't went to her pediatrician yet because I thought maybe can go by her own,but its keep getting worse. I don't know what to use in her face and Ig some of you have been through this pls tell me what should i do. thank you
