AF dip?
I know my chart probably isn't showing anything, as I only started charting mid-cycle, and also it's my first cycle temping.
But my question is, when do you usually experience a dip in your temp before AF? My AF is 4 days late, and my temperature started dropping yesterday and today. Any insights?
