I forgot my tampons

Ok so today I had an appointment so I got dressed and when I got to my appointment I realized I left my Tampons and pads so I’m not really sure what to do and I don’t know how long this appointment is going to be....the worst part is I have a heavy flow today 🤦🏽‍♀️
