No- look up silent reflux. Some babies don't spit up or vomit a lot but still have it

My baby has more of he silent reflux which is sticking her tongue out and symptoms like that. She got out on Zantac and it has definitely helped

My baby barely ever spit up. He has reflux. He’s 4.5 months now and it’s gotten a lot better. But his symptoms were... arching his back, kicking his legs, wanting to eat all the time to soothe the burning, gagging like he was about to puke, screaming and crying every time he ate, and coughing. He’s on Zantac twice a day for it and has been on it since he was 7wks old.

My baby has reflux he’s sick all the time! Cries constantly, wants to feed constantly which makes him more sick! He arches his back all the time, cries, pulls his legs up, gags and you can hear it coming up then he either sicks it out or swallows it & cries! 
He’s 11 weeks old now & omprazole which seems to be helping a bit 🤞🏻
