Birthing Classes
Do I really have to? Is there a video series on YouTube I can watch instead? I’m not really a “class” kind of person, and they’re all expensive. I’ve heard that all the breathing techniques they teach just go out the window anyway during labor. Anyone out there NOT take a birthing class and feel like you nailed the experience? Or maybe you didn’t and wish you had, can you tell me why? Or maybe you did and wish you didn’t?
