When is sleep deprivation. . .

bad while being pregnant?  There was an article in one of our free local magazines it had the 10 warning signs of sleep deprivation.  I am 17 weeks very pregnant.   my mind can't find peace to let me rest.  help.  what do I do.

Unisom has done wonders for me. I try falling asleep on my own, then take 1/2 if I'm restless. It never leaves me groggy and I feel SO much better now that I'm sleeping!

Insomnia is a very common pregnancy symptom that continues throughout. Its nothing uncommon, but it can be annoying. Try making sure you create a bed time routine for yourself and stick to it every night so your body starts learning to shut itself down for bed- that's the only thing that helped me! You can also take unisom to help you sleep if needed
