1st Time!

Hi All! It’s our first time TTC, however we were going on vacation before we decided so i took my pill to skip my AF to not have while on vacation.. i haven’t received AF since before then (1.5months) in that time we started TTC, I’ve been getting cramping with clear CM... What does this mean?
