2 month old sick?!

need some advice..

my 8 week old baby had a very hard time getting to sleep last night .. was kinda congested & only slept in my arms & would scream when put down. this morning he woke up with a stuffy/runny nose, chest congestion, super mucusy & cranky. he def is eating a little less than he usually does. he looks terrible (just looks sick, red eyes, etc) & has gagged on mucus a couple times. i’ve been monitoring his temp with a digital forehead thermometer. his temp has ranged 99.0- 100.2.

should i call the dr? should i wait until tomorrow to see how he is.. need some advice!
