terrible insistent migraine?

I’ve had a migraine for a couple days. I take excedrin to relieve my migraines, but it hasn’t really helped this time around. I get migraines semi-frequently, but this one has been constantly painful. I am on my period, and they tend to come more frequently during that time, but this one feels like more of a shooting pain inside my head behind my left eye. Does anybody have advice or remedies for such a situation?

go to the hospital. don't take birth control with estrogen, it can make them worse

I get migraines frequently and usually only hydros help mine. another alternative I've found to bell is BC powders. they're disgusting but they work.

Behind the eyes are usually tension headaches. Are you under stress? Try ice or heat it should help
