Help Me!
I have the worst cramps I have had in year. they have finally let up enough that I could get out of bed to get some water.
this period has been lighter than usual. Usually its completely predictable and the cramps are rough but not like this. Why is this happening?
what can I do to relieve these cramps? My entire stomach hurts and my back is so stiff.
