What to do about a creep at work?

Let me preface by saying that I plan to work for this company long term and this is my career. It's in a male dominated field so I'm one of 4 females in a group of about 50.

There's this guy who is always the photographer at our work events. He's well liked in the work community, has been there for 20+ years. And everyone knows he is a bit of a creep, doing borderline inappropriate things often. But no one seems to care because he's been there forever and they consider him harmless. This man has nothing but his work. No family. No SO. just his work and his friends from work.

I recently found out from another coworker that he takes inappropriate pictures of the girls at these events where he's the photographer and saves them for himself. He apparently showed my coworker a picture of my cleavage and that's how he found out.

When my coworker told me there was another coworker there. I said "____, you need to report him. You need to say something" and both guys were like "this is the man's career. It could completely ruin his career, his life" I'm afraid if I report him everyone at work would blame me for ruining this man's life and it will have negative consequences. Could this affect my ability to move up in the company or any company? Maybe I don't want to work for a company where the people wouldn't back me on this. But I want to at least work there 2 more years to get my full 401k match... Idk.
