Sex question

For a couple of months every time me and my fiancé have sex it’s painful. I usually just finish through so he can finish but it’s getting to the point where it hurts to much to keep going. My question is should I just let him sleep with other women? It’s unfair to him to get to have sex for a minute and then we stop and he has to jerk it off.
