Is this spike normal?
I’ve only been charting for a few days & mind you, the very first temp was taken at night so that doesn’t really count. However, I actually think I o’d later than what Glow says. Is this spike normal to indicate AF is coming?
If I Od where I think I did, I’d only be 3-4 DPO.
According to this website I was looking at, that temp today would be categorized as “conceived”?
