I've been having this problem for a really long time now and I'm not really sure what to do about it

I have what a lot of my friends know as a Phantom period. I have all the pain and mood swings, the whole shabang, but I'm missing the actually bleeding out of my vagina part...

It's super painful and it causes even more pain when I actually have my fully-here period. Also, with all of this pain, my period has started coming every 4 MONTHS not every 2 weeks like it used to.. Any advice? I could use it

I don't have any medical insurance and going to the doctor is really expensive for me and my mom right now
