Anyone ever get a pap while on their period?

You can being on your period does not affect the pap in any way the only reason it matters is dr and patient preference

You can and it's perfectly ok. I got mine two days before my appointment and couldn't reschedule. It wasn't heavy at the time I'm not sure if that matters. My doctor said it was fine though. Kind of seems gross but it's whatever. Either way they do the exact same thing 🤷🏻‍♀️

It depends on how heavy your flow is. If it’s too heavy the results can be inconclusive. Don’t cancel your appointment though, go and the doctor will let you know what they think!
