My lo just turned a month old and will only sleep on me. Like just now he was fast asleep and I had to go to the bathroom so I set him down and immediately started crying. He wakes from the startle reflex every time and hates being swaddled. He’s really strong and over 11lbs and breaks out every time and I don’t want him laying with loose blankets as he always brings it up over his face. I love cuddling with him and cherish our time, just do long as I know it will get better. I tell myself this, I read about it and see other moms going through the same thing. But in the moment, I just feel like I will be having a toddler who only falls asleep on mommy.
