so ive been with my partner just over a year after getting out of a very toxic and controlling relationship....

Anyways we were talking the other night and he says i wouldn’t know what i’d do if you left me i’d be heartbroken i’d go on a mad one....... If i couldn’t have you know one could! Now i’ve heard this before from my ex and he turned out so obsessive and when i left him he gave me hell! Am i over thinking was this a sweet thing or isit red flags again :( i don’t want a repeat of my last relationship i told him how that comment made me feel and he just said aw babe it’s only because i love you so much
