brown mucus in baby stool ( TMI)

hi, sorry for the graphic stool pics but our baby have got brown mucus in her stool once today morning.. post that her next stool was normal..

I am not able to get straight answer from her pediatrician on why brown mucus has come and what could be the reason. she was having her first cold and have been having loose stools but very frequent heavy diapers and she is very active and happy otherwise..

any help would greatly be appreciated
