I get ‘the cramp’ and that’s when I know it’s here already. No warning for me 😩

I don’t get cramps until the day i start my period, however, my boobs ache like crazy for about a week and a half before my period comes on and all 5 days of my period 😩 which really sucks

Usually starts on the day... usually have really sore boobs for about 4-5 days before. That’s normally my main sign that shark week is imminent
