Got "af" 3 days early and it's really different. Started with horrible cramps up until I threw up over it and I got this. Also I took a test and got this

Update on test: also I haven't had anymore of that ^^ when wiping or using the bathroom. But here's a new test I took today after being dizzy and nauseous that I actually threw up.
