Too early for symptoms??

Question

Anyone have increased appetite already? I am 4 weeks 1 day and I feel like I am hungry all the time. I am trying to eat as healthy as possible, but today I just couldn’t say no to some fries! Also does this gas ever go away??? 
I think the cravings are all in my head, but just curious to see what symptoms others are having!

I had the exact same thing at 4 weeks.. my only symptoms were an unbelievable appetite and gas 🤦🏼‍♀️

If I don't eat constantly to want to cry! Also trying to eat healthy but it's not filling and then I'm angry because I'm hungry and the food I'm eating isn't filling!

Omg yes!!!!! I am constantly hungry. I’m 4 weeks today exactly and I am hungry every 3 hours. My appetite is insane!!

I’m five weeks and two days, my symptoms are hair loss (not balding) just like extra shedding by the handfuls, craving chicken wings, extreme exhaustion, and vivid dreams. My first pregnancy I️ didn’t have symptoms until I️ was about nine weeks.

4 wks 3days and if I’m not eating I’m already getting nauseous. All I want is comfort food, meat, cheese, bread! Warm and gooey! Nothing healthy sounds good! I feel terrible because all I really want to eat is a big bacon cheeseburger!

thank God it's not just me! So Hungry, Already emotional, boobs are sore, so much gas, and major bloating. like I can't even hold my stomach in lol by the way this is baby #2 for me

I'm also 4weeks and the gas is awful. But I'm nauseous more than anything. it makes me completely useless.
