Surprise for us!

My husband and I have tried for 2 years this month to have a baby. I have two boys from previous relationships(13 and 8). I took a test on the 3rd and to my surprise it was VERY positive. From there almost immediately I was plagued with terrible nausea ALL DAY LONG! I’m fine with the morning sickness because I know our little miracle is thriving and growing. However every so often I’ll wipe and have brown mucus like film and today I felt slight cramping ( I don’t have menstrual cramp ever) these are like when I was further along in my pregnancy with my boys and they would kick my cervix. My BP is very high, I teach 5th grade and have very active boys. I still have almost constant nausea but I am concerned about the brown spotting what should I do?
